Refund and return policies
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
The Easy Store team is constantly investing in policies so that our customers are always satisfied. You can request the exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The following conditions must be observed:
The product must be returned in its original packaging;
The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the way it was received;
The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) affixed, manuals and all accompanying accessories.
We do not exchange products with inappropriate sizes for the customer: We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products so that there is no mistake in choosing the size. As stated in the Consumer Defense Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation on the shopkeeper to make exchanges for reasons of consumer regret regarding color, size, model, or any other hypothesis.
IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not respected.
WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Send an email to suporte.facilitez@gmail.com and inform:
Product's name;
Request number;
Email registered at purchase;
Reason for exchange or return;
VIDEO THAT PROVES THE DEFECT
Once all questions regarding the return of the product have been confirmed, we will inform you of the address for returning the product and we will refund the amount paid for the product and shipping.
FORMS OF REIMBURSEMENT
Credit Card Chargeback: This chargeback can appear on up to two invoices after the payment gateway completes the return.
TED - Transfer to the customer's account that can be carried out within 10 business days after confirmation of the return. THE TRANSFER CANNOT BE MADE TO A THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT.
